DaVita opens Dialysis center at Sam’s Town Marketplace

 

Davita Inc., a Denver-based company, has just opened a new 7,695 square foot dialysis center at the Sam’s Town Marketplace in Cameron Park.  They committed to a 10-year lease with property owner Sycamore Cameron Park LLC.  Shawn Morrow of Terranomics Retail Services represented the property owner.

Along with opening a new conveniently located center, Da Vita Inc. has created 30 new jobs of which 25 are full time.  The jobs range from bio-medical technicians to nurses and there are still a few open sports available. “We are still hiring” regional operations director Mike Herrick told the Sacramento Business Journal.
